Work Place: At Factory Qualification:
- B.Pharm (with 6 - 8+ Years experience in relevant area)
- M.Pharm (with 4 - 6+ years experience in relevant area)
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- To understand and set up Company Quality Programme and be responsible for the overall Quality Standard for the Factory.
- To lead and train the Technical Team, Production, Q.C. Team and Quality Audit Team to prevent wastage and to maintain high quality standards.
- To follow closely on production schedules, to arrange Quality Audit work to meet sales order delivery/shipment dates.
- To work with buyers' Q.C. and internal production management team and to take preventive measures on quality standards and to ensure good quality products prior to delivery/shipment.
- To work closely with Factory Manager on setting operation targets and the implementation of quality procedures.
The candidate needs to be pro-active, self-motivated, good team player having good analytical, communication and interpersonal skill. Must be computer literate and be able to work under pressure.
Age Limit: 35 - 45 years.

The successful candidate must have strong track records working in Product Development/ quality Control Departments. Must be pro-active, self-motivated, good team player having good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Must be computer literate and need to work under pressure. Age Limit: 30 - 40 Years.
