For Chittagong Region

Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager
(Medium Business, SME Banking)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify the target market and develop new business, enhancing & ensuring quality portfolio and pursue growth opportunities and increase wallet-share of existing business.
  • Develop strong working relations with all existing clients to confirm highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Meeting budget and maximizing the bank's earnings opportunities.
  • Preparing Credit Memos and managing risks to ensure the high-quality of assets.
  • Negotiate with customers in order to maintain & develop good quality assets to the bank's portfolio as well as the profitability.
  • Adequate knowledge about current financial markets and different products & services.

Key Requirements:

  • Post Graduation in Commerce or MBA / BBA from recognized university.
  • Minimum 04 (four) years hands on experience in Corporate Relationship Management.
  • Strong Credit knowledge and Negotiation capacity with Customers
  • Good understanding of Balance Sheet, Financial Ratios, Rules, Regulations and Policies published by the Central Bank time to time.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & Team work skill.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Competence in MS Office
 
 
 

Associate Relationship Manager
(Medium Business, SME Banking)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the business strategy of local companies, the risks associated with this strategy and the capability to execute that strategy in terms of market dynamics, financial strengths, management skills, etc.
  • Preparing the Credit Memos & identification of the Risks & Mitigants.
  • Assess creditworthiness of the borrower in terms of requirement & capacity.
  • Physical visit to the customers' businesses premises to verify all aspect of the business along with the RMs.
  • Providing the required support to the RMs /SRMs on day to day of Credit Operations/Transactions.
  • Influence service standards/quality of service delivery to customers

Key Requirements:

  • Post Graduation in Commerce or MBA / BBA from recognized university.
  • Minimum 02 (two) years experience in Corporate Relationship Management/ Branch Credit/CRM in reputed Banks/ Financial Institutes.
  • Strong Credit knowledge and Negotiation capacity with Customers.
  • Good understanding of Balance Sheet, Financial Ratios and other related issues.    
  • Well conversant about rules, regulations and guidelines published by the Central Bank time to time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Competence in MS Office
